From National Sandwich Day, to National Butter Day, right through the the less-well-known, but nonetheless significant … National Pickle Day.
In each case, I find there’s an invaluable opportunity for what I like to call ‘creative tangents’….something which (if nothing else) goes a long way to ensuring that no two days - or indeed campaigns - are ever the same!
On this particular project with Haywards Pickles, the aim was to come up with a recipe that wasn’t just a nod to #pickleday, but also an acknowledgment of #selfcareweek - the overlapping occasion of which was what swayed the vote on taking condiments down the rather unconventional comfort food route!
